We will look at the mind chatter and ways tohelp you stay present, in control, not allowing your mind to run away withitself, showing you how to respond to everyday situations rather than reacting.
This short workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to find out what meditation is all about and how you can use mindfulness and meditation to transform your everyday life into a more meaningful experience.
