I am anexperienced mindfulness meditation teacher and leads this evening group,My gentle, caring and clear tuition will guide you through a seriesof meditations, both guided and silent , exploring and explaining what meditation isall about and the benefits it could offer to you should you choose to make itpart of your everyday.
During the groupsessions we will look at the mental, spiritual and physical health benefitsof meditation, what is mindfulness, how the brainwork’s and autopilotlife. Thoughts, emotions and acceptance, react vs respond, sound,movement and pain, empathy and compassion and finding happiness and much morealong the way.
This is suitablefor people with no prior meditation experience and those more advanced.
