What is Hypnosis?
Hypnotherapy encompasses a holistic approach to health, healing, and your total well-being. It is a rapid form of therapy combining trance inductions of hypnosis with individual techniques of counselling. It makes use of your relaxed state to connect with your subconscious mind, re-programming yourself in a way that facilitates positive life changes.

It also gives us the opportunity to use our imaginations to help make creative, unhindered changes in our lives.
The subconscious mind cannot distinguish between real and imagined experiences, giving us a limitless platform for building beneficial change. This enables you to create new positive realities for yourself, or alter perceptions of past events, which can in turn influence your current behavior for the better.
There is growing scientific evidence showing that the mind is directly linked to the immune system, meaning that techniques used in hypnotherapy can also affect your physical, as well as psychologically and spiritual, wellbeing.
