Worry, overwhelm, anxiety, reactivity in relationships, grief, stress, guilt are all aspects which can have a deep impact in our lives.
Mindfulness meditation is a practical and simple way to increase relaxation, self-awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and helps with managing your emotions.
For those who do not know – I am an experienced meditation teacher and leads this evening group, My gentle, caring and clear tuition will guide you through a series of meditations, both guided and silent , exploring and explaining what meditation is all about and the benefits it could offer to you, should you choose to make it part of your everyday.
During these 4 Week blocks we will look at the mental, spiritual and physical health benefits of meditation, what is mindfulness, how the brainwork’s and autopilot life. Thoughts, emotions and acceptance, react vs respond, sound, movement and pain, empathy and compassion and finding happiness and much more along the way.
This is suitable forpeople with no prior meditation experience and those more advanced.
