Susan Wilkinson* operates a 24-hour cancellation notice policy and reserves the right to invoice for the full fee for those clients who fail to comply with this period of notice terms. I understand that sometimes, due to personal unforeseen circumstances, a client might have to rearrange an appointment and as such, I will be happy to accommodate, under these circumstances only.
Clients agree that sessions will be suspended if he or she is more than 10 minutes late for his or her scheduled appointment. In such cases, the full fee will still be charged.
Should a client become verbally or physically abusive or aggressive towards Susan Wilkinson, or its employees or associates, the sessions will be suspended.
The client agrees to provide Susan Wilkinson* with an accurate and honest medical conditions and history. The also agrees to disclose information regarding any medication he or she is taking.
The client agrees therapies used can be used as a compliment to medical intervention and should not replace GP or consultant advice and guidance. To accept and understand that the therapies used, are used also to help an individual achieve emotional responsibility.
The client accepts that he or she is responsible for either accepting or rejecting suggestions made by the intervention therapy.
The client agrees that they have a suitable level of the English language.
The client agrees that Susan Wilkinson*reserves the right to contact appropriate authorities in instances where it is considered that they or a child may be at risk.
