Study Shows Test Anxiety And Scores Improve With EFT

Staffordshire University professor Elizabeth Boath and her colleagues have carried out a study examining the relationship between EFT anxiety levels in 52 college students.  The group was assessed at the start of the study and then eight weeks later.  The study found that anxiety among the students that used EFT were greatly reduced than those that didn’t; the study also found their test scores to be higher.
Consistent with other randomised studies, this reinforces my love for EFT and shows it’s versatility.  Read the study here, and my previous post on EFT here.  If you are interested in EFT, find out what I offer myself on my website.
